The Original Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe
We may have found our favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe! Ruth Wakefield is credited with inventing the first chocolate chip cookie. She stumbled upon her recipe by pure accident; after running out of ingredients for another cookie recipe, she decided to use what she had, and just like that, the chocolate chip cookies, as we know them today, were born! We have tweaked her recipe just a little and made it our own. Enjoy!
