Pumpkin Bread - Gluten Free

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Almond flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 2 tsp Pumpkin spice
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- ½ tsp Salt
- 4 Eggs
- ⅓ Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla extrat
- ½ cup Walnuts or pecans optional
- ¾ cups Pumpkin puree
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and butter pan.
- Using a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
- Using a separate mixing bowl, combine all wet ingredients.
- Then combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. It is best not to over-mix. Add ingredients to the loaf pan.
- Place in oven, and bake for 45-50 minutes. Place a toothpick inside the bread, if it comes out clean, the bread is ready. Let cool for about 15 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
