Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Almond flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin spice
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 4 Eggs
  • Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extrat
  • ½ cup Walnuts or pecans optional
  • ¾ cups Pumpkin puree

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and butter pan.
  • Using a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
  • Using a separate mixing bowl, combine all wet ingredients.
  • Then combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. It is best not to over-mix. Add ingredients to the loaf pan.
  • Place in oven, and bake for 45-50 minutes. Place a toothpick inside the bread, if it comes out clean, the bread is ready. Let cool for about 15 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
