Double Chocolate Chip Cookiees

Equipment
- 1 Cookie Sheet
- 1 Electric mixer
Ingredients
- 1 Cup all-purpose flour
- ⅓ Cup unsweetened cocoa power
- ½ tsp Baking soda
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ Stick of butter
- ½ Cup light brown sugar
- ⅓ Cup sugar
- 1 Lagre egg
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 Cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat over to 350 degrees and butter the cookie sheet.
- Using a mixing bowl, sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate mixing bowl, using an electric mixer combine the butter and sugar. Mix for 2-3 minutes.
- Then gradually add dry mix on low speed, just until combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips using a spatula.
- Using a large spoon or ice cream scooper, make cookie dough balls. Leave space in between they will expand.
- Bake for about 10 minutes; depending on the oven, it could take slightly longer. Insert a toothpick; if it comes out clean, they are ready.
- Transfer to wire racks, and let cool for about 3-5 minutes. Enjoy!
